Ms. Priyanga R, (2018 Batch) of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) , under the guidance of Dr. Narayan .K Dean (R&D), has received an international travel grant of USD 2500 (Approximately Rs 1,75,000/- Indian Rupees) from IEEE Photonics society for attending IEEE Summer Tropicals 2019 conference in Florida USA from July 8-10 2019. She the only student from India to have received this prestigious International travel grant from IEEE Photonics Society
